Boiler plant management
In many industrial facilities, the boiler plant system is the largest fuel user. A boiler plant program of energy management should begin with an assessmentof current boiler efficiencies or choosing the suitable boiler plant from the energy conservation point of view. Boiler performance monitoring should then bedone regularly to gauge the effect of established energy-saving measures and toset improvement targets. The objective of improving boiler efficiency is to reduce heat losses from theboiler system.
Our group can serve the following activities:
- Assessment the boiler efficiency
- Improving the boiler efficiency
- Design the control system and feedback of the boiler.
- Testing the exhaust system and tuning the combustion of the burner.
- Boiler re-habitation.
- Boiler testing.
- Design the piping lines from and out of the boiler (steam or heated water)
